Lighthouse Historian Speaks Tuesday Night
Jeremy D'Entremont has written several books, several hundred articles, and appeared on numerous TV shows talking about lighthouses of New England.
Author Jeremy D’Entremont will be the featured speaker at the next Lynnfield Historical Society meeting on Tuesday, May 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Old Meeting House.
D’Entremont’s work focuses on lighthouses and their keepers – and his lecture in Lynnfield will include two local lost lighthouses – the 1897 Egg Rock Lighthouse and the Ipswich Range Lights.
Along with writing some 300 articles plus his books on the topic, D’Entremont has appeared on numerous television shows to talk about lighthouse history. He offers tours in Portsmouth, NH and his website is at www.lighthouse.cc.
