Lynnfield Art Community Hosts 7th Annual Art Exhibit Saturday

Event will be held at Sunrise Assisted Living from 1-5 p.m.

The best of Lynnfield Art will be on display Saturday at the 7th annual Art Exhibit and Cocktail Reception at Sunrise Assisted Living on Salem Street. The event will run from 1-5 p.m. and will include work from Lynnfield artists and talented Sunrise residents.

Artist’s work on display includes Frank Costantino’s Sunrise Portico, Michael B. Karas’s Surf Meets
Rock, Margaret Redfern’s latest Quannapowitt PhotoVerse, Darleen L’Heureux’s Spring Birches
along with residents’ artists such as Ed Myskowski’s rock sculptures in the garden terrace and
others. Artwork will be for sale, and some will be door prizes. Many works feature local landscapes
and familiar places north of Boston.

This event is free and open to the greater Lynnfield community, including generous beverage and
appetizers by Sunrise popular Chef Tabitha. Sunrise Assisted Living is the former site of Kimball’s
open air Starlite Ballroom and with events like this still retains the legacy hospitality of the swing
band era for its residents family and friends and local community.

Topsfield Fair Art Show

Award winners at the Essex County art fair, part of Topsfield Fair, will be on display now thru Oct.
8th. Many Lynnfield Art Guild artists win ribbons at the fair each year and these paintings can be
enjoyed at the Coolidge Hall pavilion open daily at 10 am. This is the 200th anniversary of the county
fair formerly known as the Essex Agricultural Society which included Lynnfield luminaries Bancroft
