Lynnfield Native Signs Deal With Buffalo Sabres

24-year-old Lynnfield native Brian Flynn has reportedly signed a two-year deal with the Buffalo Sabres.

According to an announcement on the NHL team’s website, Flynn was a restricted free agent who made his debut for the Sabres last year and who also played in 50 games for the AHL’s Rochester Americans.

Flynn is reportedly an undrafted University of Maine alum who scored six goals and five assists in 26 games during his strike-shortened rookie season with the Sabres.
