Lynnfield Post Office Employee Pleads Guilty to Purchasing Controlled Substance
The Justice Department said John A. Psehoyas tracked the shipments using the USPS tracking system.

A US Postal Service employee in Lynnfield pleaded guilty Wednesday to purchasing and importing anabolic steroids, the Justice Department announced.
John A. Psehoyas, 54, pleaded guilty to one count of importation of a controlled substance. He has resigned from the USPS, as per terms of the plea agreement. He is scheduled to be sentenced April 6.
Psehoyas was a customer service supervisor at the 598 Salem St. location. From August 2014 to March 2016, he made online purchases for anabolic steroids, a controlled substance, shipped to him from China, Poland, Turkey and Romania.

Psehoyas had those parcels shipped to various locations and tracked them using a USPS tracking system.
The maximum sentence is no greater than 15 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $500,000.
