Lynnfield Senior Center Announces Upcoming Events

Free Blood Pressure Screenings every Tuesday from 9 – 10.30. No blood pressure on the 5th Tuesday of the month.

New Class – Meditation: With mediation you can decrease blood pressure and heart rate, ease anxiety, manage pain, sharpen your mind and balance your emotions. This class is for all abilities; you may sit in a chair or lie on the floor.  Mondays from 1:15 – 1:45. $3.00. Please come and give it a try, 1st class is free.

AARP Driver Safety Program: The aim is for older drivers to better understand the updated technologies, provide a refresher on the rules and learn strategies to compensate for age related changes. Wed. July 17th 9a –2p. $12.00 for AARP members, $14.00 for Non members. NO tests!!!! Please sign up. Seating is limited.  Lunch is served at 11:30 for $2.00/$3.00. You must sign up for lunch by noon the day before. 

Lunch and a Lecture: Diabetes Academy. Karen Orband, R. N. will be here to discuss diabetes, what it is and some treatments. Thursday, July 25th at 12:30. Free. Please sign up.
