Congratulations to the Lynnfield Girls U12 Starz for their championship play in the annual Essex County "Pingree" Championship. The Starz won their championship game in a tight 3-1 match against the Middleton Fire on Sunday 6/22.
By winning their age group at the Essex County league, the Starz have won the right to represent Essex County as the Girls U12 representative in the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC). MTOC championship games are played this Friday 6/27 through Sunday 6/29 in Lancaster, MA and involve teams from all over the state.
