Lynnfield Weather: Post-"Snowmageddon" Totals and Forecast

LYNNFIELD, MA—Snow took its toll on the much of east coast as Winter Storm Jonas brought feet to New York City, Philadelphia and Washington D.C.

However, Essex County remained relatively unscathed in comparison. According to the National Weather Service, Middlesex County was hit with an average of 4.1 inches of snow.

Of the areas recorded by the NWS, Gloucester was hit with the most significant amounts of snow with seven inches of coverage.

Totals in Lynnfield were not recorded by NWS.

NWS’ extended forecast predicts that Lynnfield will see warmer temperatures going forward this week, as high temperatures are expected to stay above 32 degrees.

Temperatures are predicted to exceed 40 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday.
