New Lots Available at Puritan Lawn

New lots have become available in five sections of Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody which had been considered filled to capacity and could not accept new burials. These spaces were created as routine maintenance to the park freed up land.

These sections are among the oldest and most desirable locations in the park. Puritan Lawn Memorial Park is offering these spaces first to the relatives and heirs of people who were laid to rest in these locations. Every effort will be made to provide grave space adjacent to, or as close to, family members.

Because of the limited number of lots, those interested should register their names with the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Family Services office, at 978-535-3660, or by emailing FamilyService@PuritanLawn.com .

It is recommended that those interested in securing space in these areas register early; the limited number of lots will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery and Crematory has been providing plan-ahead information since 1933 and is the oldest memorial park on the East Coast. It has 140 acres surrounded by three lakes.
