When the Lynnfield School District begins the new year on August 31, there will be a dozen new faces in the ranks of the faculty.
At , new hires are kindergarten teachers Tanya Amero and Emily Bonnano, and 4th grade teacher Heather McLeod.
welcomes a new first grade teacher, Danielle Suslak, this year.
At the , Anthony Arena is the new sixth grade science teacher and Courtney Delaney joins the staff as a STEM/computer technology teacher. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and math. Kaitlin Grady willl be teaching 5th grade math and science as a long term substitute, and Krista McMahon is the new 7th grade English/language arts teacher.
welcomes new English teacher and Department Head Maryellen Spellman Iannibelli. Joining her are Spanish teacher Julie Morgan Sgroi, English teacher Joseph Puleo and math teacher Rita Wakefield.

In fact, two of these hires, Heather McLeod the 4th grade teacher at HHS, and LHS English teacher Joseph Puleo, are products of Lynnfield schools themselves. McLeod attended Huckleberry Hill and the middle school, while Puleo is an LHS graduate.
