Patricia A. LeFave Named Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending at The Savings Bank

Patricia A. LeFave of Wakefield has been named Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending at The Savings Bank. Patricia was previously associated with the lending department of the Wakefield Co-operative Bank for nearly 20 years. In her new position at The Savings Bank, Patricia will oversee mortgage originations, loan processing, underwriting, and loan closings, and will assist with all compliance issues within the Bank’s Lending Department. Before joining The Savings Bank, Patricia served as Assistant Vice President, Residential Manager of the Wakefield Co-operative Bank, with responsibility for mortgage origination, processing, underwriting and servicing. She was also a Loan Underwriter and Loan Servicing Representative for the bank. She has received certifications in Underwriting Investment Loans and in Sound Principals of Underwriting from the Fannie Mae Institute. Patricia is a Notary Public, commissioned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. “I am pleased to welcome Patricia LeFave to The Savings Bank as Assistant Vice President, Retail Lending,” Brian D. She is a native of Everett, Massachusetts.
