<h3>Best-Selling Author Stephanie Chiulli-Guillemette Brings the Community Together for the Annual &ldquo;Sadie Stands Up for Childhood Cancer&rdquo; Craft Fair &amp; Family Fun Day in Support of Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital</h3>
PEABODY, MA &ndash; Families from across the North Shore are invited to come together for an afternoon of family fun and giving back at the annual Sadie Lady Stands Up for Childhood Cancer Craft Fair &amp; Family Fun Day on Saturday, August 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Community Covenant Church, 33 Lake Street in Peabody.
Hosted by best-selling author Stephanie Chiulli-Guillemette, founder and owner of SadieLadySecrets.com, the annual fundraiser brings families, local businesses, vendors, sponsors, and community members together to support children and families battling childhood cancer while raising support for Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital.
What began from a deeply personal connection has grown into an annual tradition of hope, kindness, and giving back.
The event will feature more than 20 local vendors and artisans offering handmade greeting cards, 3D-printed products, sensory boxes, candles, custom purses, JAFRA Cosmetics, beaded pens, diamond art, gifts, children&rsquo;s items, specialty crafts, face painting, and more.
Families can also enjoy the Bono Appetit Food Truck, a Custom Gourmet Popcorn Stand, Fresh Lemonade Bar, raffles, games, children&rsquo;s activities, music, and special character appearances.
The event is made possible with help from sponsors, community partners, vendors, and volunteers, including Angela&rsquo;s Preschool &amp; Daycare, Launch Trampoline Park, Bono Appetit, and Community Covenant Church.
<h2>The Story Behind the Event</h2>
The cause has a deeply personal meaning for Stephanie and her family.
Two years ago, Stephanie, her husband Justin, and their rescue dog, Sadie Lady, stopped at a neighborhood yard sale in Peabody. There they met a family raising money for Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital while their young son was courageously battling cancer.
Inspired by the young boy&rsquo;s journey, Stephanie wrote Sadie Lady Helps a Friend in Need, a children&rsquo;s story about courage, friendship, kindness, and hope.
Since its release, 20% of the proceeds from every copy sold have been donated to support Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital. The book has sold more than 5,000 copies and earned best-selling status.
Today, the young boy who inspired the story is celebrating two years cancer free.

Copies of Sadie Lady Helps a Friend in Need will be available in paperback and hardcover during the event, with 20% of proceeds continuing to benefit Boston Children&rsquo;s Hospital.
Guests can also meet Stephanie Chiulli-Guillemette, illustrator Justin Guillemette, and the real-life inspiration behind the Sadie Lady stories, Sadie Lady.

At just 18, Bella Rayne is a self-taught guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter whose sound is quickly turning heads across the country. Born in the mountains of North Carolina and raised along the rugged coast of Mendocino, California, she blends rock and Americana with the improvisational spirit of the jam-band tradition—creating a sound that feels both timeless and strikingly new, bridging generations of listeners. Her journey began during the pandemic, when she pulled an old Stratocaster from her garage, fixed it up, and taught herself to play by ear—unlocking a voice and style entirely her own. She has since formed Bella Rayne Band, a high-energy, guitar-driven ensemble that has quickly become one of the most talked-about rising acts on the live circuit. Led by a young lineup of seasoned musicians, the band has surged from small rooms to coast-to-coast stages and festival lineups in a remarkably short time, with crowds growing at every stop. Their sets are explosive and ever- evolving—blending soulful Southern rock, modern Americana, and improvisational jam with bold reinterpretations of Grateful Dead classics alongside Bella’s own originals. The result is a sound that feels both timeless and unmistakably new, often described as the next generation of Tedeschi Trucks Band with an alternative edge and a 70s vibe. With demand building nationwide, the band recently completed recording singles for an upcoming EP slated for release in 2026—marking the next step in a trajectory that shows no signs of slowing down. Despite her young age, Bella has already shared the stage with seasoned artists and respected bands: appearances alongside Allman Betts Family Revival, Melvin Seals &amp; JGB, ALO, Jackie Greene, Oteil Burbridge, and members of Terrapin Family have all added to her early résumé and she was touted as “one to watch” by her idol, Susan Tedeschi in a 2025 Guitar World Magazine interview. In addition, she has been invited to iconic stages nationwide including The Fillmore SF, The Orpheum LA, Sweetwater Music Hall, The Hamilton, and even celebrated her 18th birthday with a set on the Prudential stage at Bottlerock Napa festival. One of the most iconic moments of her rising career: she was entrusted to play the legendary guitar known as “Alligator” — once wielded by Jerry Garcia. That honor, courtesy of Grateful Guitars Foundation, has become a defining chapter in Bella’s journey and Guitar Player magazine recently recognized her as one of the players “keeping the Dead alive” alongside Jeff Mason (Dark Star Orchestra) and Tom Hamilton (JRAD) in an article from May 2025.
