If your commute takes you from Lynnfield up I-93, be aware that construction in Woburn and Wilmington is likely to impact traffic in the near future, according to the Boston Globe.
The newspaper reported that resurfacing work both ways on six miles of I-93 just north of the I-95 interchange and stretching into Haverhill will take place in 2014 and 2015 after the project was recently awarded to a contractor. Some of the work may begin this fall.
MassDOT spokesman Mike Verseckes told The Globe that much of the work will take place late at night from Sunday through Thursday.
