Seven Positions, Two Races For Lynnfield's Town Election
Moderator and Planning Board only contested positions in April 9 election.

LYNNFIELD - Tuesday's deadline for residents to submit nomination papers has passed, leaving seven positions with just two contested races for the April 9 election.
Three residents are running to replace Arthur Bourque as town moderator. The three are Joseph Markey, Albert Divirgilio, and John Faria.
The Planning Board has two seats open. Current Planning Board clerk Charles Wills' seat expires and instead of running for another five-year term, Wills is running for the seat vacated by John Gioioso. And as the only candidate, Wills gets the seat that's set to expire in 2020. That means Wills' seat is open and Alan Dresios and Thomas Wallace will compete for that position.
