
The Lynnfield Family Center is now offering Stress Reduction Workshops. Sessions begin October 1st and will meet on Tuesdays from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Sessions are held weekly for 6 weeks. Core practice will include mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, yoga/relaxation exercises combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Techniques. This group is designed to help participants reduce chronic stress, decrease anxiety and improve coping skills. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring floor mat for stretching exercises.
