Annual Bike Parade Highlights Local Kids' Creativity

On Wednesday, dozens of local children and their parents were on the Lynnfield Common for the town's annual bike parade and Independence Day celebration. The kids showed plenty of creativity, with decorated bikes and outfits with themes that ranged from the Patriotic, to Christmas in July to the Boston Celtics, and much more.

The attached video shows much of the actual parade, while these photos show some of the participants who were on hand for the parade, which was organized this year by the Lynnfield High School Rotary Interact Club.

Later in the afternoon, the town's annual concert series kicked off with the band Evolution, which played a variety of classic rock favorites. Videos and photos from their show are on Lynnfield Patch in a separate article.
