• New Malden Attraction Puts A Different Spin On The Traditional Library (patch.com) — Families in Malden now have a playful new stop along the Northern Strand Community Trail, where a resident-built Hot Wheels Library outside the Linden Dunkin' lets kids freely take, leave, or trade toy cars. Creator and longtime Malden resident John Melanson, with help from relatives and local businesses, designed the display to foster sharing, kindness, and community pride, drawing enthusiastic response from children and adults alike.
