MALDEN, MA — A resident pled guilty in Boston federal court for his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, according to the United States Attorney's Office District of Massachusetts.
Isaiah Pierre, 28, also known as "ZAY," specifically pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy scheduled his sentencing for Feb. 11, 2027.
Pierre was charged alongside his brother and co-defendant, Logan Pierre, also known as "LO," in June 2024.
An investigation into the brothers' drug trafficking activities began in fall 2023. According to federal authorities, investigators found that the brothers were actively selling methamphetamine in the greater Boston area.
Between October 2023 and May 2024, the brothers sold or arranged the sale of a pound of methamphetamine during at least five separate controlled purchases. Authorities also recovered an additional 1,000 grams of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine during a search of Logan Pierre's apartment.
Logan Pierre pled guilty in March 2025 to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and 40 grams or more of fentanyl and cocaine. He was sentenced in July 2025 to 10 years in prison, followed by five years of supervised release.
Authorities said Isaiah Pierre had fled apprehension and remained a fugitive at the time of his brother's sentencing.
Isaiah Pierre's charge provides for a sentence of at least five years and up to 40 years in prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release, and a fine of up to $5 million.
