2 Injured After Car Strikes Tree In Mansfield
According to police, the car was driving on School Street and veered into the opposite lane. It then left the roadway and struck a tree.

MANSFIELD, MA — Two people were injured after a car crashed into a tree on School Street near the Barnyard School on Monday. The driver, an 18-year-old Mansfield woman was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. Her passenger, an 18-year-old Taunton man, was taken to Sturdy Hospital in Taunton.
According to police, the car was driving on School Street and veered into the opposite lane. It then left the roadway completely and crashed into a tree.
The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer David Kinahan at 508-261-7300, extension 61220.
