Accused Mansfield Drug Trafficker Indicted

The indictment moves the case from Attleboro District Court to Bristol Superior Court in Fall River.

MANSFIELD, MA — An East Falmouth man has been indicted on drug charges stemming from a case in Mansfield.

Kyle M. Laramee, 26, is accused of fentanyl trafficking, cocaine trafficking, and other various charges, according to court records reviewed by the Sun Chronicle. The indictment moves the case from Attleboro District Court to Bristol Superior Court in Fall River. His upper court arraignment is set for March 12.

Laramee is one of two people facing charges for the October incident where officers responded to a report of an unresponsive man in the parking lot near Kyoto Steak House & Bar at 242 Chauncy St. At the scene, police found that the man in the vehicle, identified Laramee, was awake and conscious. Following an investigation, he was arrested and charged with possession of unlawful narcotics.

The police investigation continued at Laramee's room at the Red Roof Inn Boston – Mansfield/Foxboro at 60 Forbes Blvd. After obtaining a search warrant, officers allegedly found large sums of cash and illegal drugs. The search led to the arrest of 28-year-old Patrick K. Berg of North Attleboro, who was in the room at the time of the search.

Laramee's attorney has disputed evidence linking his client to the charges.
