The selectmen say that the restaurant violated their license when they did not inform the board of a change in manager.

Longhorn Steakhouse could face liquor license sanctions after the selectmen voted to hold a hearing for an alleged violation.

The selectmen say the establishment located right off of Route 140 violated their license when it served alcohol without informing the town that the manager on the license was no longer at the restaurant according to the Sun Chronicle.

Possible penalties include a written reprimand, license modification, and suspension or revocation of the license.
