• As heating season nears, Gov. Healey pledges to find ways to provide savings on energy bills (berkshireeagle.com) — A Mansfield resident pressed Gov. Maura Healey on why her Eversource bill is dominated by infrastructure and maintenance charges, questioning the governor's claim that Donald Trump is chiefly to blame for high energy costs. Healey defended her position, argued that blocking renewables raises prices, and urged lawmakers to finalize an energy affordability bill she says will strip some charges from ratepayers' bills statewide.
