MANSFIELD, MA— The Mansfield firefighters of Local 1820 are looking to connect with the community through a unique fundraiser.
On Nov. 8, the firefighters will host a cornhole tournament and clam boil at the Seekonk Rod & Gun Club, located at 61 Reed St. in Rehoboth.
The event will feature activities for attendees with different interests. Registration for the cornhole tournament costs $200 per team, with cash prizes awarded to the teams finishing in first, second and third place.
For those who would rather enjoy the food than compete, tickets will be available for $45. The price includes food, dessert and a T-shirt.
The cornhole tournament will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the clam boil at 4 p.m.
The event will also feature raffles, a 50/50 raffle, a bar and door prizes.
Anyone interested in purchasing tickets can do so online.
