MANSFIELD, MA —Mansfield residents will have a chance to learn more about potential zoning changes that could shape the town's future.
On Friday, Nov. 6, the town will host an informational zoning session at 10:30 a.m. at the Mansfield Council on Aging, located at 255 Hope St.
The informal discussion will focus on proposed zoning amendments scheduled to come before Special Town Meeting.
Residents will have an opportunity to review potential changes involving accessory dwelling units, setbacks for accessory buildings, minimum dwelling unit sizes and floodplain regulations.
The session will also cover technical and housekeeping updates included in the proposed zoning amendments.
