October 13

2:18 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Route 140 near School Street, Nikole Halpen, 24, of Taunton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

4:49 a.m. - Police found a 29-year-old Brookline man who was sleeping in a car on Branch Street near Eddy Street. He was taken into protective custody.

October 14

2:29 a.m. - A 24-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

October 15

5:47 p.m. - A caller on School Street reported a shoplifter. The suspect, a 32-year-old from Attleboro, was issued a summons for shoplifting by asportation.

October 16

1:42 p.m. - An arrest at Mansfield High School was requested for a student who committed an assault and distributed a school assembly. The 14-year-old student was issued a summons for assault and battery and disturbing school.

10:46 p.m. - A 31-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.
