12:42 p.m. - Elmer Phillips, 54, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was arrested at Red Roof Inn on Forbes Boulevard and charged with unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property less than $250, and number plate violation to conceal identification.

12:04 p.m. - A 53-year-old received a summons for assault and battery.

6:41 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Route 140 near Chauncy Street, a 24-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

7:22 p.m. - A 19-year-old from Pawtucket, Rhode Island at Mansfield Crossing received a summons for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

May 1

11:29 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Thomas Street, a 37-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for operating with a suspended license, attaching plates, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

May 2

12:46 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Pratt Street near East Street, a 22-year-old from Mansfield received a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

8:48 p.m. - A 29-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.

May 4

6:19 a.m. - A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer.
