January 29

2:19 a.m. - A caller reported an argument near the intersection of East and Linden Streets. Earlier, police in Foxborough were looking for a vehicle with a possible drunk driver that left the Shell Gas Station on Route 140. When police arrived, Dennis Burns, 25, of Woonsocket, R.I., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest.

January 30

11:15 p.m. - A 33-year-old male from East Providence, R.I. on Erick Road was taken into protective custody.

February 1

9:07 a.m. - A 30-year-old from Mansfield was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member, two counts of assault on a family or household member, two counts of assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with an injury, witness intimidation, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

February 2

11:12 a.m. - After a disturbance on Oakland Street, a 22-year-old male was arrested on a warrant.

February 3

2:12 p.m. - During a follow-up investigation at TD Bank on School Street, Anthony Almeida, 32, of Easton, was arrested and charged with five counts of larceny over $250, five counts of forgery of a check, and five counts of uttering a false check.
