February 28

5:36 p.m. - A 20-year-old from Attleboro was issued a summons for operating a vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.

8:04 p.m. - Following a car crash on Oakland Street, a 38-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

March 2

9:59 p.m. - A caller reported a vehicle behind a dumpster on Francis Avenue. Michael Cobb, 55, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger.

March 6

9:32 p.m. - A caller reported a vehicle that struck a stone wall while turning from School Street to Spring Street. After police located the vehicle, Allan Chacon, 27, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and operating a vehicle negligently so as to endanger.

9:35 p.m. - A man became combative with officers during a medical response. The 34-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for assault and battery on a police officer.

March 7

10:07 a.m. - Following a car crash on Branch Street, an 18-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for operating under the influence of liquor, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of marijuana inside a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, underage possession of liquor, and possession of a Class D drug.

10:53 a.m. - Two summons were issued on Hope Street. A 14-year-old was charged with larceny under $250 and a 15-year-old was charged with assault and battery.
