Boston Man Charged with Failing to Register as Sex Offender in Mansfield

A Boston man charged with exposing himself also faces a charge in Mansfield for failing to register as a sex offender.
Justin E. Bailey, 25, faces separate cases in Boston Municipal Court and Attleboro District Court, according to the Sun Chronicle. He pleaded innocent Tuesday in Attleboro District Court to failing to register as a sex offender after moving into his mother’s apartment.
Bailey allegedly moved to Mansfield on Nov. 1 and was arrested for open and gross conduct in Boston on Nov. 9. He was being held in Suffolk County Jail but was brought to Attleboro District Court on a pending warrant from Mansfield police.

Bailey is due back in court on March 19. He is being held on $35,000 cash bail in separate cases.
