Boston Man Held in Jail After Strangling Incident on Route 95 in Mansfield

A Boston man will be held in jail without bail after a dangerousness hearing in Attleboro District Court.
Tommy G. Hubbard, 58, pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, strangulation and domestic assault and battery according to the Sun Chronicle.
On April 20, Hubbard allegedly choked his girlfriend while having an argument in a car near a rest area on Route 95 North in Mansfield before passing out. She says she remembers nothing prior to getting dropped off at Boston Medical Center.

The Massachusetts State Police say she had visible marks on her neck and a bruise on her cheek.
Hubbard is back in court on May 26 for a probable cause hearing.
