Continued hearings:

 

Notice of Intent:  Stan Feck, Christian & Feck Development – Dolan Estates, Ware Street, Map 32, Parcel 13. Construction of a four lot cluster subdivision with related grading and utilities. Due to limited access approximately 6,190 square feet of wetland filling and a stream crossing is proposed.   #211-0856

 

New hearings:

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  Bird Road, Maple Street and Winter Street, Chris Cox, Mansfield Electric Department:  Installation of concrete encased conduit and manholes in the public right-of-way.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  246 Elm Street, Robert Reeder:  construction of a 12'x16' deck with pressure-treated lumber, replacing a 12x12 deck.  The deck will be 4 ft. off the ground, with 4 foot deep footings.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  38 Riverside Drive, Jennifer and Kenneth Call:  proposed in-ground pool, landscaping, patio and fencing within the 100 ft. buffer of bordering vegetated wetlands.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  1150 West Street, Robert Deslauriers:  replacing existing brick/cement patio deck in driveway area within 200 ft. of Wading River.  New deck will be same size and in the same location as current patio and will be constructed with pressure-treated wood & composite material.  Deck will be 12 ft. wide and 7 ft. 6-inches deep.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  259 Otis Street, Richard Jablonski:  installation of a 24 ft. above-ground pool.  The proposed location of the pool will be 42.4 ft. from the existing fence on the right side of the property, which borders Sweet Conservation Area.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  111 School Street, Kimberly Wisniewski:  Repair/replace existing driveway within 200 ft. of the Rumford River.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability:  6 Deer Path Circle, Christopher L. Phillips:  proposed 17'x26' deck with pressure-treated lumber posts encased in vinyl sleeves.  Deck will be constructed of composite materials with three sets of stairs – two off the deck to the yard and one for entry into the house with landing onto the deck.  The proposed work is 78' from the wetlands.

 

Notice of Intent:  Thomas Johnson (Reit Management & Research LLC) 44 Cabot Boulevard - Initiation of an aquatic management program to control nuisance aquatic vegetation in a man-made pond.  Maintenance practices will include a Hydro-raking project, aeration and prudent use of USEPA/MADAR register aquatic herbicides.  #211-0869
