Presenter Stuart Sears, PhD
Stuart Sears is an Arabic language and cultural scholar who received his PhD from the University of Chicago in Arabic and Islamic Studies. He is Co-Founder of the Arabic Language Associate and formerly Professor at the American School in Cairo, Egypt.
Professor Sears will describe the current situation in the Middle East and its relation to the refugee crisis.
Conversations at the Meetinghouse is a monthly program, held on the first Friday of each month at 7pm, where members of the Sharon community share their expertise and experience about important issues of our day.
