Crash Leads to OUI Charge, Assault on a Police Officer, and More: Mansfield Police Log

March 11
6:17 p.m. - A two-car crash was reported at the intersection of Maple and Franklin Streets. After an investigation, one of the drivers, Frank Harrison, 66, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to yield at an intersection.
10:58 p.m. - A 30-year-old female from Foxborough at Tedeschi on Chauncy Street was taken into protective custody.

March 12
12:17 a.m. - Glen Gage, 45, of Attleboro, was arrested on a warrant at the Red Roof Inn on Forbes Boulevard and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

5:17 p.m. - A teen that struck a truck with a rock near the Citgo on South Main Street was reported. The 14-year-old received a summons for wanton destruction of property under $250.
March 13
1:07 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street, Abraham Soares, 23, of Mansfield, was arrested on a warrant. A 17-year-old received a summons for operating between midnight and 5 a.m. without a parent.
March 14
6:10 p.m. - CVS on Chauncy Street reported an unruly customer. The man, a 40-year-old from Mansfield, was taken into protective custody.
8:43 p.m. - A hit and run was reported at the intersection of Franklin and East Streets. After the vehicle was located, the operator, a 16-year-old juvenile, received a summons for leaving the scene of property damage and failure to yield at an intersection.
