Death at Mansfield Train Station Ruled Suicide
The Bristol County District Attorney's office says the victim in Thursday's incident took his own life.

MANSFIELD, MA — A death at the Mansfield train station has been ruled a suicide by the Bristol County District Attorney's office.
Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, told the Sun Chronicle that surveillance footage shows the victim, a man in his mid-20s, walking onto the tracks as a Amtrak train made its way through Mansfield to Boston midday Thursday. His identity has not been released.
Thursday's incident caused delays throughout the afternoon. No other injuries were reported.

The death was the second train-related death to take place in Mansfield this year. In March, a Dighton man was killed as he tried to cross the tracks.
