6:26 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street near Giles Place, a 67-year-old from Attleboro was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, and failure to slow down.

August 17

2:44 p.m. - A theft was reported on Park Street. A 35-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for larceny under $250.

• Five people were taken into protective custody.
• Ryan Burns, 21, of Mansfield was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
• John McGlone, 55, of Grafton, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
• Michael Jaworski, 61, of New Britain, Connecticut, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

2:20 a.m. - After police responedd to a gathering on Fredric Lane, a 20-year-old from Mansfield was issued a summons for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and disturbing the peace.

August 20

4:48 p.m. - A 50-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member and resisting arrest.
