Driver Crashes into Pole, Cited for Impeded Operation
Police say the driver was distracted when they crashed their car.

MANSFIELD, MA - A driver in Mansfield was cited after allegedly crashing into a pole.
Just after 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, police and fire crews in Mansfield responded to a single-car crash on Maple Street. Police say the operator drove into a police. The operator was evaluated at the scene and Mansfield Electric performed minor repairs on the pole.

The operator was cited for impeded operation.
"Please focus your attention on the task of driving! If you need to do something else, find a place to pull over out of the roadway," Mansfield police wrote on Facebook.
