Dual Events To Open Relay For Life Season

Two local Relay For Life events are hosting two energetic events to kickoff this year’s season. The Mansfield and Greater Attleboro event leaders invite all their neighbors, local businesses and community friends to attend both events or just one to learn how they can “paint their world purple.”

The first event is more focused on networking with other Relay participants and volunteers. A free event is set for Wednesday, Feb. 10, from 6 – 8 p.m., at the Elks, 52 Bulfinch St., North Attleboro. Attendees will enjoy pizza and games while learning what’s new for 2016, sharing successful Relay ideas and getting their questions answered.

The second event on Sunday, Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at North Bowl, 71 East Washington St., North Attleboro, is aimed at getting Relay-ers moving. For $15 per person, attendees can enjoy two hours of bowling, shoe rental and pizza. RSVPs should be directed to Kelly.Banks@cancer.org or 508-897-4329 by Feb. 15.
