Laughter Yoga

All ages and
physical abilities invited. Laughter Yoga is a playful form of exercise that
combines  deep breathing, clapping, and laughter. It helps with stress,
strengthens the immune system, and makes you feel good, empowered and
energetic. Free, for a canned
good donation for the food pantry. Bring a water bottle; laughter is dehydrating!
