Friendly's to Close in Mansfield [Poll]

Friendly's is continuing to close more stores in the U.S., 10 of which are in Massachusetts.

Of the 37 stores closing nationwide, the Mansfield location has been named as one of the stores to shutdown, despite surviving the cut a few months prior.

Friendly's is now in the process of emerging from bankrupcy after the company was sold for $75 million.

The additional closures were said to have been caused by unfavorable  lease renewal agreements.

Aside from Mansfield, other closings in Massachusetts include Bedford, Westboro, Shrewsbury, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Great Barrington, Springfield and Worcester.
