How Mansfield Voted In The Midterm Election
The U.S. Senate vote in Mansfield was closer than the state total. Sen. Elizabeth Warren still defeated Geoff Diehl, but by 804 votes.

MANSFIELD, MA — Over 60 percent of registered voters flooded to the polls in Mansfield for Tuesday's midterm election. According to the town's unofficial results, 10,894 of the 17,103 registered voters showed up to cast a ballot.
Like most of the state, Mansfield overwhelmingly supported Gov. Charlie Baker over Democratic challenger Jay Gonzalez, with a 7,943-2,648 vote.
The U.S. Senate vote was closer than the state total. Sen. Elizabeth Warren still defeated Republican Challenger Geoff Diehl in town, but won by a little over seven percentage points rather than the 24-point statewide landslide. The vote total was 5,586-4,782 in Warren's favor. Independent candidate for senator Shiva Ayyadurai received 375 votes.

With the Bristol, Norfolk state senate, Mansfield voters supported Democratic incumbent Paul Feeney over Jacob Ventura, 6,586-3,816.
Mansfield voters shut down Question 1, 7,756-2,949. Meanwhile the town voted in favor of Questions 2 and 3, approving Question 2, 7,398-3,088 and Question 3, 7,053-3,577.
