Intoxicated In The Middle Of The Street, Disorderly Conduct, And More: Mansfield Police Log

October 3

11:27 a.m. - Several callers on North Main Street reported a man who appeared to be intoxicated and standing in the middle of the street. The man, identified as 35-year-old Joseph Santos of Fairhaven, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A drug. Santos also had an active warrant.

9:31 p.m. - Following a domestic disturbance, a 43-year-old was taken into protective custody.

October 4

2:13 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street near Forbes Boulevard, a 37-year-old from Central Falls, Rhode Island was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

9:50 a.m. - Police attempted to serve a warrant on Francis Avenue. When they went to the apartment, the man who answered the door said he was not the man they were looking for and gave a social security number that came back with no image. Eventually, the homeowner admitted he was the man police wanted and Anthony Hurse, 39, of Mansfield, was arrested on an active warrant and additionally charged with misleading an investigation.

1:56 p.m. - A caller on Crocker Street reported a woman on a bench in an unnatural position. The woman, a 63-year-old from Somerville, was taken into protective custody and transported to the hospital.

2:52 p.m. - Danielle Kincaid, 31, of Mansfield, was arrested on Lawndale Road and charged with disorderly conduct.
