MANSFIELD, MA — A Mansfield man charged with operating under the influence of liquor for the sixth time was ordered Friday to stay home by an Attleboro District Court judge.
During a dangerousness hearing, 59-year-old Donald DeBaggis was placed on home confinement with a GPS bracelet, according to the Sun Chronicle. DeBaggis was arrested Monday after a minor crash near Mansfield Crossing.
It was initially believed that this was DeBaggis' fifth OUI charge, but a review of his criminal record revealed that it was his sixth.
