Large Fight Results in Charges, Hit and Run, and More: Mansfield Police Log

March 6
3:01 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Chauncy Street and Perkins Avenue, Joaquim Andrade, 53, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger, and a motor vehicle lights violation.
5:12 p.m. - Police responded to a large fight in the driveway of a residence on Lawndale Road. One person, Vanelda Nogueira, 27, of New Bedford, was arrested on four active warrants and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Jessica Nogueira, 26, of Brockton, received an arrest summons for assault and battery and Danielle Kincaid, 29, of Mansfield received an arrest summons for two counts of assault and battery.

March 8
9:52 a.m. - A 23-year-old from Mansfield was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

3:15 p.m. - A caller reported a hit and run near Dub’s Liquors on Chauncy Street. The driver of the vehicle, a 22-year-old male from Townsend, received a summons for leaving the scene of property damage.
March 9
9:23 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Chauncy Street by Rite Aid, a 25-year-old male from Pawtucket, R.I. received a summons for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating without an inspection sticker.
March 10
2:43 p.m. - A 15-year-old received a summons for assault and battery on a family or household member.
