Local Woman Charged in Hit-and-Run

Tue., March 4
- 2:09 a.m. A suspicious person was reported on Chauncy Street. It turned out to be a Wendy's employee walking home.
- 5:36 a.m. Two bags of trash were reported in the road near Dunkin' Donuts on Chauncy Street. A police officer removed them.
- 7:03 a.m. A man was cited for speeding on West Street.
- 7:40 a.m. Judith O'Connell, of Hawthorne Street in North Attleborough, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license. A man said he was rear-ended by O'Connell on Route 140 northbound. He said she drove off after asking him to pull into a nearby parking lot.
- 7:53 a.m. A fox was reported in the backyard of a home on Darby Drive.
- 9:03 a.m. A wolf was reported in the area of East Street.
- 10:53 a.m. A lottery book was reported stolen from a business on North Main Street.
- 10:59 a.m. A woman was cited for speeding on East Street.
- 12:36 p.m. A teenager was charged with shoplifting from Radio Shack on School Street.
- 12:47 p.m. A man was cited for parking in a handicap spot on Chauncy Street without a proper placard.
- 10:53 p.m. Police were called for an apparent argument on Francis Avenue. It turned out to be a family Skpying with relatives in India.
