Man Broke into Bristol Liquors, Took Cigarettes and Cash: Police

MANSFIELD, MA — Police are looking for a suspect who took cigarettes and cash from a liquor store in Mansfield.

At about 3:25 a.m. Sunday morning, police in Mansfield responded to a burglary alarm activation at Bristol Liquors on East Street.

Following an investigation, police determined that the suspect broke the front door, took multiple packages of cigarettes, emptied out three of the four cash registers, and left through the same broken front door.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a leather jacket over a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and pulled tightly to the suspect's head. He appeared to wear a surgical mask over the lower half of his face, but the mask fell down while in the store, revealing facial hair on the upper lip, according to the Mansfield Police Department. The man also appeared to wear gloves and blue jeans.
