Mansfield Bank Robbery Suspect Arraigned in Attleboro District Court

A woman accused of robbing a Mansfield bank on Tuesday is now being held on $50,000 bail after being arraigned in Attleboro District Court on Thursday.
Michelle L. Dinnocenzo, 38, of Mansfield was charged with unarmed robbery, larceny of more than $250 and driving with a suspended license according to the Sun Chronicle.
According to the police report, a woman wearing a New England Patriots shirt, sunglasses, and a medical patch allegedly walked into Rockland Federal Credit Union and passed a note to a teller demanding $6,000 in cash. The note read “I have this woman’s kid” according to police and that the money should be given so the child could be released.

Assistant District Attorney Mary-Elizabeth Mack said it was Dinnocenzo’s landlord who contacted police after she paid $2,500 in rent in $100 bills.
After obtaining a search warrant for her apartment, police found Dinnocenzo in the rear of the building trying to re-enter her home after an air conditioner fell to the ground. She was arrested for being a disorderly person.

During the search, police recovered clothing that closely matched the attire in the video and $600 cash.
Dinnocenzo’s case was continued to October.
