Mansfield Businesses Benefitting from Plainridge Casino
The casino recently revealed how much they spend in surrounding communities.
Of the communities surrounding Plainridge Park Casino, Mansfield is apparently benefitting the most.
Officials from the casino told the Mass. Gaming Commission that Mansfield businesses have received $27,000 in spending from the casino, according to the Sun Chronicle.
Of the $2.4 million spent by Plainridge, 61 percent has gone to Massachusetts vendors.

Plainridge Purchasing Manager Eli Huard said Mansfield received the most because they buy supplies from Home Depot on West Street.
