Mansfield Covidien Workers Facing Layoffs
Less than 100 employees are expected to be involved.
About 160 Covidien workers are expected to face layoffs in Mansfield and the Czech Republic as part of ongoing restructuring plans.
The Sun Chronicle reports that those jobs are being relocated to India and Costa Rica.
A company spokesman said that less than 100 workers would affected by the Mansfield office and will receive a severance package.
