Mansfield High School Unranked in 2017 U.S. News and World Report Top Schools List
In 2015 and 2016, Mansfield received a silver medal from the magazine.

MANSFIELD, MA — Despite receiving recognition from U.S. News and World Report for the past two years, Mansfield High School is unranked in the magazine's 2017 rankings on the top high schools in the country.
The number one high school in Massachusetts is Boston Latin School. In 2015 and 2016, Mansfield received a silver medal from the magazine.
Schools are ranked based on their performance on state-required tests and how well they prepare students for college, the magazine said. Rankings are based on several factors including performance compared to expectations, graduation rates and college readiness performance.

These are Mansfield's vital stats, according to the survey:
- 14:1 student-teacher ratio
- 34.8 college readiness score
- 37 percent participate in AP exams
- 91 percent pass AP exams
- 92 percent proficiency in math
- 98 percent proficiency in English
- 96 percent graduation rate
