Mansfield Man Charged With Distributing Child Pornography

State police said they traced 62 pictures depicting child pornography to the suspect's IP address.

ATTLEBORO, MA — A Mansfield Man is facing child pornography charges in Attleboro District Court after state police said 62 pornographic pictures were traced to his internet protocol (IP) address.

Randy J. Paris, 42, pleaded not guilty to all charges, including distributing images of a child in a state of nudity and possession of child pornography.

According to court documents, state police started the investigation at the beginning of November after getting a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Sun Chronicle reported. Following the tip, the Attorney General's office granted state police a subpoena for Paris's internet and phone records. On Nov. 2, police executed a search warrant at Paris's home and seized two laptops, an iPad, cellphone, and data storage devices, the Sun Chronicle reported.
