Mansfield Man Charged With Passing Out in Car While Drunk, with Engine on, Foot on Break, Car in Drive

A Mansfield man has been charged with drunken driving after police say they found him behind the wheel of a car at the intersection of School Street and Route 140.

Ken A. Harris, 23, of 30 Kingman Ave., in Mansfield, pleaded innocent to the charge Monday in Attleboro District Court according to the Sun Chronicle.

According to police, Harris was found sleeping in the car, with his foot on the break, the engine on, the car in drive, and partially blocking Route 140 South.

Bail was set at $500 cash. Harris is due back in court on Aug. 10.
